EstimateIQ is the estimate-revision system of record for Guarantee Restoration Services (GRS). Property-loss estimates rarely get approved on the first pass. They bounce between the GRS estimator and the carrier’s desk auditor — supplement, kickback, revision, resubmit — until the numbers settle. EstimateIQ tracks that loop end to end so nothing stalls in someone’s inbox.
The revision loop
Every estimate is a living negotiation between two parties:
The carrier auditor
The carrier runs a desk audit, requests revisions or supplements, and ultimately approves and settles the claim.
EstimateIQ models this as ball-in-court: at any moment the ball is with us, with the carrier, or done. That one fact drives the dashboard, the SLA clocks, and the follow-ups — so estimators always know exactly which files need their attention today.
